Help!!

Unless it's just me people aren't able to download/ access servers in South Korea. I accessed a mirror and downloaded the windows version of the .exe. However, I am not able to access any servers within XBMC to download add-ons, skins, libraries, or apps. I could download them through the mirror but I haven't the skills required to add them myself once I have them.

Is it Korea? Or is it me?
