Hi all,

I know this isn't the most tech way of achieving something, and I appreciate that XBMC's awesome team have spent a lot of time trying to perfect the PVR functionality but I and a lot of others still prefer MCE for watching and recording TV.

I finally have the best of both worlds using XBMC and MCE seamlessly as if they were one solution and both are controllable via Voice activation thanks to the awesome power of Vox Commando. Check it out...

If a Mod fancies putting this in the "XBMC Tips, Tricks, and HOW-TO (Step-by-Step Guides)" section, that would be cool, but I appreciate this is more of a 3rd party tips and tricks thing.

Just wanted to say thanks for the info on this. Am trying it now. Will see how it holds up. Just wondering how over time if it will build up too much in ram and cause audio sync to be off. But it definitely is more seamless than the old way I was doing it with Advanced Launcher. Took me a bit to get Eventghost setup properly, but it is working well so far.
