I just bought a new motherboard...Gigabyte Z87-D3HP. I also have a Gigabyte GeForce GTX 550 Ti. I'm looking for any opinions on whether I should use the on-board audio/video, or use the GTX-550. Really just curious to see what people would use if they owned it. Thanks. Smile

I think this depends of the CPU you put on it, but if you already have that 550 Ti then why not use it?

The CPU is an I5. Just trying to decide which will probably give better audio and video.

The i5 will have integrated Intel HD graphic 5000 which will play well with XBMC. The audio is the realtek chip on your MB.
