Record Series

I have using Frodo 12.2 (the Nov 4th build) with Confluence Skin. I am using ServerWMC as the backend. When I try to record a series, this is what the dialog looks like:

It is supposed to look like this:

Do you know what could be causing this problem?

Thanks for your help!

Several people have had this happen and it seemed to be related to using the new Immortal's repository. If you remove the addon and then reinstall it from normal zip file rather than Immortal's repository, it apparently fixes the issue

Not sure what is happening in regards to investigating why/what and if there is a way to fix. It's probably good to have a dedicated thread since the other mentions of it may have been buried in other threads etc

How do I install it without Immortal's repository? Do you have a link for downloading the zip?

Edited to add: I found a place to download the zip: https://googledrive.com/host/0ByNnAMYBoW...index.html

It says that it is not recommended to install by hand without Immortal's Repo. But I went ahead and installed it manually anyways and this did indeed solve the problem. Thanks scarecrow!

I don't know why this problem shows up or why it is sensitive to the install method. But I was able to reproduce it on my devel system and I have a fix for it that should solve it no matter how its gets installed. I will be in the next release which scarecrow and I are working on. It should be out soon.

In the meantime, I have added a quick guide for manual installation to the wiki for those not familiar with the process.

Anyone reading this thread, faced with the same issue and in need of some guidance, can find it here: http://wiki.xbmc.org/index.php?title=Add...g_Manually
The XBMC team, plug-in devs, skinners, etc. do this for us for FREE in their spare time because they want to. Think about that for a second before you start bitching...
