I'm setting up an XBMC box on Ubuntu 13.04. I have tried using both Yatse and the official XBMC remote app on my Android tablet, but both of them have these issues, among others:
-Back button sends "down" signal
-Volume up/down do not work
-Right click button sends "volume up" signal
This has occured in multiple different skins. I have tried both the version in the default repos (12.0 Frodo I think), the latest stable build (12.3 Frodo I think, this is what I am currently using), and also the latest dev build, all with the same problem. The remote in the web interface on the browser works, so does an actual keyboard/mouse. I have also tried with my other android tablet. The only thing I can think of is it gave me a few perl errors concerning incorrectly configured locales when I installed it, but I would not think that that would affect anything. Am I missing something? How would I get this to work again? Ask me a question if I have not given enough info, and I will do my best to answer it.
