Hi All,

As I just registered myself to this form I will do a short intro first.
I'm Jeroen (30), From the Netherlands and work in the IT business.
As I'm an XBMC user for quite a while now I also want to get rite of my HD decoder and put everything into one device.

I've the following media Center Hardware:
AMD A8 K5600
4 GB DDR
64 GB Kingston SSD

I'm now only using my devise for streaming movies and series from my Nas but as the title say's I want also to have TV in it.
I'm struggling to find good answers on the internet so that's why i'm posting a thread here. I hope someone can help.

The info I've so far;
I'm looking at the: Digital Devices Cine CT V6, Dual DVB-C/DVB-T PCIe, as my tuner card.
Also I need a SmargoCard reader because my calbe provider uses encryption (Ziggo)
for the software I think I need the tvheadend backend.

Can someone please give me some advise if this should work ? or perhaps I suggest another setup ?

Discussing viewing of pay-TV stuff is a bit tricky. However, I suspect TV Headend + Oscam will do what you need if there are Linux drivers for your DVB tuner card.
