I am having trouble getting my Ouya to connect to my older projector. I have a HDMI to Component adapter to the projector. This setup works fine on my other equipment. The error on my projector is "out of Sync" 67Kh 60Hz. Where do I change the HDMI setting on the Ouya to output 720P instead of 1080p.

I think you have to root it and then there is a mod for it. If you want to force 720P. Otherwise you might need to get a higher quality converter than can take a 1080p signal and downscale it.

My unit is already rooted so I am trying to find the mod to do this. I have not been able to find a converter that will downscale only upscale.
