Been using XBMC for about 3 months now and I love it.
My one and only criticism is the long winded exit after watching a film.
Press top right, then bottom right, then bottom left, then centre.

Be good to have one click exit, or two at most (in the same region)

"s" brings up a menu which contains an exit button. 50% improvement. I have it assigned to the exit on my remote.

Yeah, that's cool.
Still be nice to remap the layout though. Don't think that was thought through.

Just press Alt + F4. Personally I've mapped the power button on the remote to a script which force kills XBMC (useful when it locks up from time to time).
