xbmc not mounting second hdd until xbmcbuntu is loaded
#1
Hi all,
I have an annoying thing I would like fixing, I didn't mind it before but it's getting a bit tedious now to do.

I have XBMC Frodo installed and have an internal secondary hdd with media on, for xbmc to see the hdd I have to log out of xbmc and load up xbmcbuntu, then log out of xbmcbuntu and load up xbmc then it will see the second hdd.

Is there a way I don't have to do this every time?

Thanks.

http://www.yolinux.com/TUTORIALS/LinuxTu...Drive.html

or http://centoshelp.org/resources/post-ins...mand-line/

Just skip the formatting part and use the correct filesystem and mount options. https://help.ubuntu.com/community/Fstab

I gave both of those a go but I really don't understand it in the slightest. Sad

I really could do with a tutorial for dummy's lol

And that's the way to learn. The information is all there, and perhpas you can now write yyour own how -to and place it on the wiki or somewhere it wont get buried and lost.

Case solved and mark as solved pls.
