I have a problem with XBMC ....

when i select a movie in the sourcelist and i choose a source that is all running well...
but when the movie starts my screen becomes black and hear only sound
i can click on a red X in the right upper corner than the black screen dissapears and i see the movie playing at the background
at the front i see the source list and a picture of the source .... what must i do to fix this problem
also when i use the back button the sourcelist goes away and the start menu is coming back and the movie is playing alway in the background

what can i do to fix this

ps i have also an issue that some channels are defect .... how do i fix that

Some of my MKV files don't show video when it starts playing. I looked at the file and it's the same as all the rest of my video file. I don't know what to do to fix it and I've tried changing every decoding setting in the app. I have XBMC on Windows.
