Can anybody recommend an ITX motherboard that supports a PCIe x1 TV Tuner? It has to be an LGA1150 board. I am worried I will get a mobo that is PEG only and won't support anything besides a video card.

Well, some of them you can put another PCIe card in the slot, but it won't do anything because the motherboard only supports graphics cards. For example, I have an ECS KBN-I/5200. I tried plugging a TV Tuner card into its PCIe slot for the heck of it and it disabled the integrated video on HDMI and VGA, so basically I had no way of seeing the display. The BIOS / UEFI didn't have a way to force integrated video, so this ITX motherboard would be one that only supports a video card in the PCIe slot.
