2014-01-05 New button in DialogSubtitles.xml

one thing we forgot when we added the new SubtitleSearch window,
it needs a button for manual search:

- button control id="160"

May I ask why didn't this button go at the end of providers list, like it used to be before? It was easy to navigate - main list + options in the right list. I'm really not sure where should I put this one to keep navigation sane.

Tough question, me guess? I can live without that button

EDIT: I've just checked it in latest nightly in Confluence. Exactly what I'm talking about. So, can we have that button inside right list again?
