1) How to remove the favorites that have already been added?
2) Can the favorites be arranged according to different categories of my choice, such as news, sports, etc & also alphabetically?

Thanks! I checked the links but they don't have any solution to the issues that I am writing about. I've found the way to solve issue no. 1 but couldn't find anything to resolve issue no. 2. I would like to have all the favorites categorized in the home screen so that it would be easier for other members of the family to use. I'm using the confluence customized mod version of the skin. I would really appreciate if anyone could help me find a way to make it user friendly.

For #2,
custom home items (wiki) might be better. Favorites in XBMC are pretty much just a basic list, so what you see is pretty much what you get.
