The QUESTION is about an android and an Apple TV. So it must be asked in two separate sections.

Actually, it should be asked in one section, and that is neither Android support or iOS support. You should ask it in Hardware support, which is where most people ask questions about what hardware to buy.
As to your question:
For video playback and GUI responsiveness, I would think the ATV1 would be the best of those mentioned (if you have the
BCHD (wiki) chip inside). However, the ATV1 and the MX boxes should give a fairly good XBMC experience (playback and GUI speed wise, and the ATV2 not too far behind them), so having the added benefit of Android apps like Netflix, HBO Go, etc, might make the MX/Android boxes more attractive.
