hi i have xios and i downloaded xbmc frodo 12.3 on it with fusion but when i go to play videos audio is ahead and video is choppy also it says passthrough output device error no device found can that be the problem thanks

The normal v12 builds don't have hardware video decoding on the XIOS. Either use the version of XBMC on this page: Pivos XIOS (wiki), or download a nightly build (wiki).
