Delete this file: userdata (wiki)/Databases/Addons15.db

XBMC -> Settings sub menu -> File manager -> Profile directory -> Databases -> Select "Addons15.db" -> bring up the context menu -> delete

Then restart XBMC

also remove that Xunity and HUB maintenance stuff
