subtitles do not work properly since last update ... please help !! sometimes work but other times not especially when I try to watch videos (movies) from my hard drive[/size]

What did you update from and what did you update to?
What is not working exactly?
Have you enabled subtitles for the movie you are watching?
Do you have local subtitles available and if not did you install the subtitles addon?
