Thanks to your guys I have jailbroken both of my ATV2s. The only difference is I jailbroke them a few months apart but used the same procedure. As a side note my first jailbroken ATV is my first generation with a usb stick I got off ebay cause I was too afaid to do it myself. Well.....One of the ATV2s I jailbroke is much slower than my ATV1 and my new ATV2 I just Jailbroke. Is this a common thing......any advice? Thanks.

Your post fails to mention how this pertains to xbmc.

XBMC is slower. NOT the ATV sotfware!

Same ios version on both? Same XBMC build?

definitely check your firmware/ios version. my 4.4.4s were running a lot slower than my 5.0.2s so I upgraded them to 5.3. much better now
