Hi all, can anybody tell me if xbmc will work on this box i bought, here are the specs,
OS version: 4.0
CPU: Amlogic 8726 ARM CORTEX A9
Processor Speed (max): 800Mhz
RAM: 1GB
WiFi: 802.11 b/g/n
Google play
Adobe Flash
4GB of memory
high performance Open GL 3D graphics processor Mali-400.
Have tried loading Android/XBMC but it wont open, some one told me to try Linux/XBMC , can that work ? sorry very new to this. am dieing to try xbmc out on this box.

if i take j1nx , can i still use the android apps, i read somewhere that j1nx one only puts xbmc and android apps dont work, i am probably way off here in saying that ?

Just thought i should give an update of the device, I used the nightly build of XBMC/Linux and it wirk ed great, although i do have to take the Wireless mouse out when i start up xbmc or i get a black screen, but if i take mouse out start up xbmc with my controller that came with the box and then when xbmc starts up i just put the mouse back in and it works great, cheers for all the advice, really appreciate it guys
