Hello, every time I try and launch 12.3 it just crashes it won't open I tried the nightly update same thing I'm running OSX 10.9.1

Have you tried removing it completely and reinstalling? Remember to backup and remove userdata folder http://wiki.xbmc.org/index.php?title=Userdata

Edit: A reboot is always useful.

post a proper Debug Log, do not c/p log in a post at any time

I have the same problem, I tried deleting xbmc too and tried to reinstall it but it installed the same formate ad keeps crashing.

I looked in the directory for user name/ libray/ and xbmc folder and can't find it on my mac
