I'm currently running thelatest released version of Kodi 16, on the latest 1809 Windows 10 pro, and thought I'd try the 64 bit rc 3.
However the set up routine tried to put the install files into the Program Files x86 folder, which is obs where my existing installation is.
I had to manually change the destination to Program Files which is where 64 bit programs live, and manually create a Kodi folder.
This may be an issue for people who want to upgrade to the new 64 bit version.
On the plus side, after it installed it appeared to migrate all settings and data correctly, so I think this is just the sort of minor but important bug an RC throws up!
