Had a crash on my win 8.1 machine today and whenever I try to run xbmc I get unable to create application exiting !!!
Using latest nightly build. I have uninstalled and reinstalled Frodo stable and works fine whenever I upgrade I get the same problems.
Any ideas what I can do to fix the issue ?

Is there a reason why you want to use nightly build? Is the latest Frodo 12.3 not working out for you?

No problems just used to use latest version until crash with no problems

Try deleting the xbmc.log file when you get the error.

Ok sorted my bad !! was installing remotely using teamviewer so no sound device. Installed locally and sorted thanks for the help !!
