I can't get any subtitles that shows polish characters properly. Is there a setup for that? I have tried different Unicode but it didn't work.
Did I miss something?

Yes you are missing. Go XBMC/system/settings/appearance/international/character set an chose the proper location. There is one option called Baltic or Central Europe. That package should include polish characters
