Im wondering if there is a way to lock the fps on the skin? Im thinking that if it can be lowered or locked, it would make slower devices a bit snappier. Anyone know if this is even possible? I`ve seen on some skins that when you go into system system information that seems to be only 30fps instead of the usual 60fps on my setup.

I wish people would stop caring about those values which mean absolutely nothing for a skin (to some degree)
