Hi guys,
kinda new here.

Just install the xvmc lately.
i have got some problem with my PC.
after everything installed,when streaming, the movie always in slow-motion mode,and no sound.

is there any setting that i had missed??

No, there is some info you missed, make your post complete with all that is missing now;

- what kind of Windows
- version of XBMC
- what kind of hardware

and so on....

I'm not sure how you connected your HTPC to HDTV. You might want to verify your XBMC audio output settings carefully, and you can find some tips here- Simplify XBMC configurations......
