Hi all,

I'm experiencing playback stopping unxpectedly with this AVI file.

When I play the AVI file over SMB Wifi, the issue happens at the same point, about 13 minutes in. Tested several times, same point. Log below.

I then copied the same AVI file to a thumb drive an played directly from it. Same issue at the same point in playback. Log also below.

1 XBMC Home > Videos > Files
2 Navigate to File (same file, USB and Wifi logs below)
3 Play file
4 At 13:17, plaback freezes
5 Playback stops, navigates back to Videos > Movies

Extremely frustrating. I should mention this happens whether the file is accessed over SMB or via USB thumb drive. And this happens on an Android system with the same Frodo version. These same files played on Eden without issue.

What am I doing wrong?

It sounds like the file is corrupt. Does it play OK in VLC or any other player?

FlangeMonkey, thank you for the suggestion. The file also stops in XBox video and WMP, so I looked further and confirmed the file is corrupt. Root cause found, thanks!
