Hi there,
I try to download the current stable version for windows and I think there may be a problem with the XBMC server or something. It starts downloading at like 5kb/s and then drop at 0. It sometimes come back at 3 or 4 kb/s. I checked my internet, ran a speed test, downloaded something else, everything works fine. Need help please. Don't know if it changes something by I'm on Windows 8.1.

Edit: My problem is solved but I still think there's a problem somewhere. I just used a proxy to be able to download from a US mirror. I tried back without the proxy and it still doesn't work. For info the mirror that doesn't work is http://mirror.its.dal.ca/xbmc/releases/w...c-12.3.exe
The one that I've been able to get XBMC from is http://mirrors.xbmc.org/releases/win32/xbmc-12.3.exe

I couldn't download it either. I used a copy I already had on hand but after install I can not change skins, (comes up blank, like an empty repo) so looks like something is down somewhere.

Issues have been resolved. Repos are populated again and downloading of Frodo back. I believe one of the mirrors were down (an it.dal). All is fine now.
