There's nothing on that page to really indicate what the actual specs are, so no, I would not get it for XBMC.

Hi,
I got this box yesterday.
setting it up was really easy.
it has the arm 9 chipset and 1gig of ram.
unfortunately hd playback is really jumpy
it plays tv shows great but yifi hd is unwatchable.
i am looking into flashing it to a linux operating system.
i will let you know how that goes.

actually i din't have any problems with hd but the software is not to good if you manage and put something else send me a message
