Hi all, I recently bought an android cyclone nano which has Frodo 12.0 installed, I thinks its running on Linux. Can I upgrade the firmware on it to 12.3 by using something off the menus whilst its connected to my TV or do I need to download the latest firmware to a USB stick to perform the update? Totally new to this and not very tech savvy so any 'idiot' type guide would be much appreciated!

Ask the vendor that sold the box to you. We don't provide anything for a "Cyclone".
First decide what functions / features you expect from a system. Then decide for the hardware. Don't waste your money on crap.

I don't believe there is a way to just update XBMC. You would need to flash the ROM with a linux install that has the updated XBMC build, IIRC.
