I was directed to this place by a colleague of yours! See http://forum.xbmc.org/showthread.php?tid...pid1707368
Anyway, I am getting fed up with this game of misdirecting people by riddles. Never had to spent so much time on a forum to get a problem posted.
No riddles. No one directed you to this thread (they directed you to the help forum
). People have asked you to please start a new thread. You've come across a new issue, and the best way for everyone to keep track of these things is for you to start a new thread for it. Devs typically don't look at the announce thread or the FAQ thread, because those threads specifically ask people to not ask questions there.
The only reason people bother to tell you where to post is so that you can get help. Otherwise they'd just delete your post and not even bother saying anything. I'm sorry you feel people are being cryptic, as that was not the intention at all. I can see how it can come across that way. We are interested in hearing about the issue you are having, and we are interested in finding a solution, but this isn't customer service.
Full disclosure: I work for WeTek. However, this is my personal account, and my words and opinion are my own.
You can make easy links to the Kodi Wiki Manual using double brackets around common Kodi words: [[debug log]] = debug log (wiki)
, [[Video library]] = Video library (wiki)
, [[SMB]] = SMB (wiki)
, [[userdata]] = userdata (wiki)
