moneymaker, ty for the files/guidelines

the files i have downloaded. trying to FTP them into my Raspberry PI and I do not see the file directory or anything close to it. I also do not see ANY librtmp to replace it with.

/opt/vc/lib/

is the closest i get with these files in that directory...

could not change anything there as well

EDIT 3:

I have since sudo su
into the ssh session and changed the old librtmp.so.1 and transferred the new one over....i cannot find those other "bin" files locations, do i need those too?

EDIT 4:

tested with just the librtmp.so.1 replaced. and still no go.

Pretty sure it's a HLS stream so wouldn't help anyway. It may be the version of Kodi or an issue with ssl support.

First of all I want to apologize: I did not realize, that the answer was addressed to me...

I guess slices was right with the version of Kodi. Today there was an Update to OSMC including Kodi Jarvis (?) - I tried an episode of Simpsons and it played straight away, even without me having to lower the playback bit rate, so now it is better than it ever was!

In the next days I will try it with X Files again, but I think my problem has just disappeared.

Thanks for your help and for your awesome work on this AddOn!

Don't know if this was just dumb luck or which fixed it, but I did this:

and reput SSL ON. Restarted. and its working now.

I'm having this exact same issue...I did as you suggest...Also installed the files from github...still the same thing, installation failed.. New firestick(newest Jarvis)

Same problem with xbmcplus repo. Looks like MD5 issue.

It looks like a problem with your network or a mirror. The md5 mismatch is just a side effect. Try again, because I have no issues at all.

I was in the same boat as SpongebobKiller where Fox shows would not play in OSMC on Raspberry Pi 2.

After an update today, however, the station list does not even populate when I open USTVOD. No stations, no favorites, just a ".."

I have Kodi 16.0.

Any ideas?
