[SUPPORT] USTV VoD (Video-on-Demand)
I've been trying to install this addon but keep getting the same dependency error:

07:05:16 1422.164551 T:1771041856 ERROR: CAddonInstallJob[script.module.cssutils]: MD5 mismatch after download special://home/addons/packages/script.module.cssutils-1.0.zip
07:05:16 1422.168457 T:1771041856 ERROR: CAddonInstallJob[plugin.video.ustvvod]: failed to install dependency script.module.cssutils

Does anyone know how to fix this? I've installed this addon in the past without any issue.

Thanks.

It seems we can add FOX to the list of networks no longer supported. Shows stopped streaming for me a few days ago.

Set "Use built-in SSL" to YES in the addon's settings. Doing that got FOX working for me.

CBS shows not playing for me using Krypton/Libreelec on a Pi 3B. Grabs show list fine, but playback fails. No playback issues under Jarvis (also LE/Pi) but want to run Krypton because Live TV with my HD Homerun works better with Krypton.

IAny help will be greatly appreciated!

You need to enable the RTMP Input plugin under Add-ons > My add-ons > VideoPlayer InputStreams

Thanks for the reply!

However, I am not seeing Add-ons > My add-ons > VideoPlayer InputStreams. It looks like I need to install that addon?

Searched around a bit and found some info. Tried a few things but no luck.

Guide for installing rtmp stream - http://filmkodi.com/en/rtmp-stream-worki...-17-fixed/ (failed to install kodinerds repo)

Installing Kodinerds repo from Github - https://github.com/kodinerds/repo (Failed to install)

Installing inputstream addon from Github - https://github.com/notspiff/inputstream.rtmp (Failed to install)

Installing kodinerds repo from SuperRepo - Failed to install.

Any ideas? I am running Krypton 17.1, Libreelec on a Pi3B.

I also have it on 17.1. On MacOS, the addons were installed by default, but not enabled. On ARM, the addons were not enabled, but I could simply go Install Add-ons > All repositories > VideoPlayer InputStreams to install it.

Hey Guys!

Please help me, maybe someone has some more insight than me, or maybe I am missing sonethibg obvious:

On my TV there's a Radpberry Pi 3 running OSMC (with Kodi 17.1) and USTV VoD 1.4.1. After enabling VideoInputStream RTMP CBS works (even when Streamtype is set to HLS?) but FOX won't - no matter what combination of Streamtype and SSL Support (RTMP/HLS // yes/no/auto).

And now the fun thing:
On my jailbroken iPad3 with Kodi 15.2 running FOX works (Both Streamtypes RMTP/HLS and SSL Support either yes or auto - SSL no not working just for completion).

So was is the differenxe between Kodi 15.2 and Kodi 17.1 that breaks my FOX? Something with the SSL Support? Logfile is inconclusive just says "Error creating Demuxer". Any help/hint would be greatly appreciated.

Alternatively: Any way to stream from iPad to the TV? :-)

Found that if you load the cssutils package from the .zip directly
https://github.com/moneymaker365/xbmc-xb...ls-1.0.zip

Into Kodi 17.1 (on both android and fire tv stick), then go to the events and install the USTV free cable database add-on again from XBMCplus add-on repo, then the USTV VoD add-on will install.
The key was the cssutils failing. Installing it direct from the .zip let me get the rest installed.
But even after the cssutil successfully installs the USTV free cable database add-on will fail if install WITH USTV VoD addo-on from super repo. install the USTV free cable database add-on itself then try the VoD add-on again.

Hope this helps someone.

Hi everyone!

I'm running into CBS problems (again). Last time, I applied malept's fix and everything worked fine afterwards (at least that's what I think I remember). This time though, after pasting or replacing cbs.py, the CBS add-on goes missing from the stations overview. Is anyone else having the same problem? I guess, I'm missing something obvious...

I'm running krypton libreelec, just in case. Wink
