Ubuntu 13.10 + xbmc Gotham 13.0 beta 3 + build-in Confluence skin

When pressing power off button on Home screen (left bottom corner), menu shows only three options: exit, log off, enter master mode.

There are no other options that used to be there like Power Off, Reboot, Suspend, etc,

How to get them back?

install or reconfigure consolekit and policykit-1

Thanks. Consolekit was missing indeed. Somehow it got "uninsttalled" during ubuntu 13.04 -> 13.10 upgrade.
Now everything works.
