Win Nightly builds FLAC playback issue

Music
Hi there. I updated my XBMC nightly build yesterday (first time in a couple of weeks). Upon playing music (all in the FLAC format) I noticed that the beginnings of several tracks were being cut (a few milliseconds). It doesn't happen with every album but certainly a fair few. I have been working back through the nighties and found that everything is fine in build 20140314-86de5b5-Gotham. Every build since then has the problem. Below is an example track that displays the symptom. Thanks for all your work.

and the following track for transitions sake...

There was a change in the decoder used on the 14th March.

Does this happen from the very 1st song on the album? so it's not a case of 1st is ok but the problem is when it transitions from 1st to 2nd track, 2nd track to 3rd track and so on?

Do you use Crossfade?

Please create a trac ticket for the problem (see bugtracker link at top of forum) making sure to include the answers to the above questions and also make sure to include the following:

1. A debug log of you playing the minimum needed to observe the problem so 1 or 2 tracks.
2. A screenshot/s of all your audio settings.
3. A screenshot of you music playback settings.
4. Link to a sample (so what you've linked to above however a 2 track sample might be better for replication)
