I struggle with pal videos that are out of sync (175ms), I'm running xbmc gotham on an intel nuc (HD5000) (windows 8.1). This only applies when I code with hardware.
I do not have this problem on my other pc running ati graphics.

How can I solve this. Is there a bug in the intel driver?

Can you provide a 1 minute sample of any of the video files?

Also a debug-log (wiki) would help.
