is there a way to autostart in party mode right after starting xbmc?

Is there any way to automatically start Party Mode when XBMC starts? I searched the forums and all I could find was this unanswered thread.

Technically, yes there is.
The easiest way would be to use a python script to enable partymode (via the built in function).
The built in function is: PlayerControls.PartyMode
