I have tried installing xbmc on my new one m8 several times but the audio is always extremely choppy on everything I play. When using xbmc on the original HTC one (m7) the audio is fine. Can anyone help me fix this?

Exact same issue here. The sound will work for a couple of minutes each time I clear data and start over, fresh start has no effect. Audio is very crackly, I would appreciate any help at all! Thanks.
Forgot to say I have the all new one m8 also
