Hi everyone,
After a lot of tests and tryouts with numerous of external players and setups in Frodo 12.3 I eventually became frustrated because I didn't manage to make a seamless integration for 3D stereoscopic mkv playback.
Then I jumped to the new Gotham RC1 release which I found so far pretty stable, haven't tested all the plugins yet, though.
I have a local mkv file which is in HTAB 1080p format, and instead of the two images being merged to form the 3D, XBMC splits them to top/bottom. My OEM PowerDVD installation plays them just fine BTW.
My System:
DellXPS laptop with 120hz 1920x1080 display
Geforce GT555M with 3D capabilities and latest drivers
Nvidia 3D glasses (1st generation)
Built-in transmitter
