@binhex01 I can confirm this. HP Chromebox with HP MCE Receiver doesnt work on front port after reboot. Works with USB hub on rear USB ports. Whats USB tuners are you using? Have you tried them both on a hub? How was the performance? Im looking as adding a second usb tuner on a USB hub.

Total XBMC spend so far: £76
Rpi (£24) + Pogoplug V2 (£15) + HD Star DVB-S2 (£29) + GPIO Ir (£3) + NOOBS 8GB SD (£5) = Cheap Media Center

im using two dual tuner DVB-T USB KWorld UB499-2T adapters, ive had these for a couple of years now and they work really well, openelec picks them up no problems and i see the adapters listed in tvheadend as "Afatech AF9033". Both of these tuners are now connected to a 4 port USB 3.0 Hub (Anker hub) hanging off one of the rear ports, i see no issues with performance, for kicks i had it recording 9 shows simultaneously and it worked, channel switching is also pretty good with < 1 second delay, all in all im pretty happy with the end result.

i did have some fights with tvheadend configuraiton, but it's not relevant to this thread, so i will leave it there :-).

Great stuff Matt Devo. Very quick after reading the instructions 2 or 3 times and having been following the thread for a while. I already had an openelec install USB so didn't need to create that.

Watching the news on it now.

My only problem was wondering how forceful to be taking the feet off. This helped.
