a quirk...
mplayer has a codec folder, how difficult would a small layout change be so that paplayer and dvd player codecs are in a "codec" folder as well?
and, can you drop me some pointers on the files to lookin so i might try an alteration myself (i doubt it will change in cvs by this inquiry).
