I have been having this issue for a while now even in Frodo.
When I switch my TV to a TV channel and back to HDMI input (XBMC) the main menu screen resizes to 1/3 larger an I can only see only top left corner of the whole screen.
It does not do this on the Movies menu. Any ideas what's causing this?
