Hi all,
anyone have any success in installing XBMC for both Ubuntu 14.04 or Lubuntu 14.04. Once I launch the application, the XBMC screen comes up and then dies. (the xbmc-bin pkg that is in the ubuntu repository is 2:12.3+dfsg1-3ub untu

Any help would be appreciated,

No problems here.
No tweaking to get it running.
OS and XBMC seem fine so maybe look at hardware conflict

use one of our PPAs. the debianized version in ubuntu is not supported by us.
