Newbie question about super cheap server

Hi guys, I've been looking around in search of a cheap storage solution and found the link below. Seems to be the cheapest I can find with everything else being a huge price jump. Is this product a good buy?

Will you be adding drives yourself? Will you be needing RAID?

For that money you can build an efficient yet sufficiently powerful system yourself nowadays. A 250 GB HD is a waste of money, this one's probably used as well...

Yes I will be adding drives myself. What do you mean 250GB HD? This one takes 2TB drives.
