Scraping Luther Season 1
#1
Not sure why this isn't working. I have all 3 seasons of Luther named as I have every other TV show. Seasons 2 and 3 all scrape fine but season 1 won't scrape at all. Any ideas why?

File Structure
Luther\Season 1\Luther S01E01 Episode 1.mkv
Luther\Season 1\Luther S01E02 Episode 2.mkv
Luther\Season 1\Luther S01E03 Episode 3.mkv
Luther\Season 1\Luther S01E04 Episode 4.mkv
Luther\Season 1\Luther S01E05 Episode 5.mkv
Luther\Season 1\Luther S01E06 Episode 6.mkv
Luther\Season 2\Luther S02E01 Episode 1.mkv
Luther\Season 2\Luther S02E02 Episode 2.mkv
Luther\Season 2\Luther S02E03 Episode 3.mkv
Luther\Season 2\Luther S02E04 Episode 4.mkv
Luther\Season 3\Luther S03E01 Episode 1.mkv
Luther\Season 3\Luther S03E02 Episode 2.mkv
Luther\Season 3\Luther S03E03 Episode 3.mkv
Luther\Season 3\Luther S03E04 Episode 4.mkv

Which scraper ? TVDB ?

Put XBMC in debug mod then try to refresh informations for season 1 and look into your xbmc.log file or share it on xbmclogs.com

I've just test it and everything is OK :

Files named Luther S01Exx.avi but as your seasons 2 and 3 are OK, name shouldn't be the problem.

http://xbmclogs.com/show.php?id=248919 (search for Luther string).

There is nothing wrong with the naming of the video files.

Are you sure:
- the source is added on the level before the Luther folder
- content is set to TV-shows
- scraper is set to the TVDB
- the TVDB scraper settings are not set to absolute or dvd order

If this is all correct, do the following:

- remove the show from disk (move/copy it somewhere)
- clean library
- copy the show back
- make sure all nfo files are removed
- enable ebugging in xbmc
- scrape the show
- upload the log to xbmclogs.com and link here

OK I moved season 1, just season 1, to my TV folder by Aired date which only includes Seinfeld and Family Guy. All other seasons I sort/scan by DVD order. That got season 1 to scrape, which makes little sense since it's aired order is the same as it's DVD order on TVDB. Exported the .nfo files and moved the folder back to it's proper location and now it's in my library. That was just silly. Thanks for the input everyone.

Exact same problem here. Season 2 & 3 scan OK. Season 1 will not scan.
My file names are /TV/Luther/Season 1/Luther - 1x01 - Episode 1.mkv etc.
I used another computer running XBMC (Gotham) on the network to scan the files and then exported the .nfo's.
Kodi reads the nfo's fine.

Just had the same problem with this series and the thing that I finally worked out was to rename the files in Season 1:

S01E01.1
S01E01.2
S01E02.1
S01E02.2
S01E03.1
S01E03.2

If you check the file location on thetvdb.com you can see that in the DVD order they're listed as part episodes (http://thetvdb.com/?tab=episode&seriesid...0041&lid=7)
