Hi there. I've downloaded the pvr.wmc client addon version 0.2.99 for Mac OS X this week, but the change log and the "addon.xml" file seem to indicate this is still 0.2.96. When you install it, XBMC shows it as 0.2.96 as well.
The zip file is named correctly, pvr.wmc-osx64-0.2.99.zip

Also as an FYI the latest version 2.99 is actually included in the official XBMC Gotham 13.2 Beta 2 release (as uilt by XBMC Jenkins build server) so presumably it should be built correctly for your platform. You could download that for your platform and grab the /addons/pvr.wmc directory and transplant that into your current installation... or of course jus tupgrade to 13.2 beta 2 is another option
