Is 24fps possible from Android box?

The guys selling this box:

said that 24 / 23.976FPS is possible. But is it possible for XBMC to have that feature in Android? I've also got an Eclipse and that doesn't have it and I've never seen any other Android device that has.....

I think it is possible on those newest AMLogic chips that it seems to have, but I might be thinking of something else, like HD audio.

As far as I'm aware, it's possible, the Minix boxes do 24p. The issue is, Android doesn't support refresh rate switching, so you need to leave the device in 24p mode all the time. This causes several issues, one being that media that isn't 24p (ie. a fair amount of stuff from TV) will have the same inherent problems and that the interface at 24p, to me, looks laggy.

Someone may want to correct me though.

Also, I believe in the next release of Android ('L' version) there has been the ability to add an api for refresh rate switching, which hopefully XBMC can take advantage of.
