I installed Gotham 13.2 on my win 8.1 laptop but Kodi will not start when I double click on the xbmc icon. I unistalled and installed it 3 or 4 times but no luck. I tried 13.1 and the same thing happens. It will not start at all. I double click it, see the blue spinning circle for a second, and then nothing happens.

I installed 13.2 on my other laptop with Win 7 and it works fine.

Has anyone have this happened to them in Win 8.1?

Thanks for the hardware sprecs...but we still need the Debug Log.

Try to start xbmc, do NOT reboot and look at the link I posted to grab the logfile.

Mark everything in this log, copy it and paste it on:

www.xbmclogs.com

and provide the link
