I am using XBMC 13.2 on OSX with mysql. Unfortunately, I am facing issues with regards to library updates.

The library is complete and all movies are scanned in. When I now press "update library", XBMC freezes for 10min before commencing with the scan. Please see log below. What I describe happens between 15:01 and 15:011, during which time the log is empty.

Any idea? This 10min delay is consistent and can be replicated. I also wiped my whole library and rescanned. the rescan was fast (and no freeze), but the delay was back there when I scanned again. This "freeze" is quite annoying as the actual library scan is super fast.
