Two reasons I could think of:
- You have NFO files for each episode, in those nfo files the flag "<watched>" is set to "true"
- You have the trakt addon enabled with automatic synchronisation and those shows are marked watched on trakt
Need help? Check out my
XBMC Frodo Guide. It contains full featured guides to Sickbeard and CouchPotato as well.

19:02:38 T:644 DEBUG: Mysql execute: update files set playCount=1,lastPlayed='2014-01-04 22:09:22' where idFile=8167
The "Update Libraray Process" make an SQL-Update and set the playedCount and lastPlayed? Why?
