I've just bought Chromecast, and wondered if I can stream my movies on XBMC through it to my TV??

Directly through XBMC? No. However, there are some programs out there that will bridge between XBMC and Chromecast. Yaste is one of them (Android remote). I don't have a Chromecast, so I don't know of others off-hand, but they are out there.
